How it works
- Apply. Pick a memorable code (your handle works well — e.g. MAYA) and tell us briefly what you publish and where. We review applications manually; most decisions take under a week.
- Share your link. Once approved, your code is live at nostradamus.no/x/YOURCODE. Paste it anywhere — Instagram bio, podcast show-notes, newsletter footer, video description.
- Earn 30% on every payment your referral makes for their first twelve months — monthly renewals, annual plans, every cycle, until the year is up.
- Get paid monthly via Wise (anywhere in the world) or Vipps (Norway), once your accrued balance crosses $50 USD. Below threshold, the balance rolls to next month.
The commission terms, plainly
- 30% of the net amount charged on every paid invoice from your referrals, for twelve months from their signup. After that the commission stream ends — though the customer often stays for years.
- Refund clawback: if a referral refunds within Stripe's 30-day window, that month's commission reverses. If you've already been paid, it deducts from your next payout.
- Cookie window: click attribution is stable across devices once the referral signs in — your code locks in at signup, not at click time, so they can click on mobile and convert on desktop without losing you the credit.
- No self-referrals. The system rejects conversions where your account email matches the new signup. Pretty standard.
- Brand safety: no bidding on Nostradamus' own Google Ads keywords; no misleading outcome claims (no medical predictions, no financial certainty); proper #annonse / #ad disclosure on posts. Full terms appear before you submit the application.
A few questions we hear a lot
What's the rough math per referral?
A Full Access subscriber at $4.99/month who stays the full year generates ~$60 in revenue, so 30% is roughly $18 per converted subscriber. Daily Reading at $2.99/month is closer to $10–11. Annual subscribers pay the year up front, which means you earn the commission in a single lump rather than spread across twelve payouts.
Do you accept international affiliates?
Yes — anywhere Wise can pay. We do most of our outgoing transfers via Wise (USD, EUR, GBP, NOK, SEK, DKK, INR, AUD, CAD, JPY, many more); Vipps is for Norwegian affiliates who prefer it. The payout threshold floats by currency — $50 USD, €50 EUR, £40 GBP, 500 NOK / SEK, etc.
Can I be paid in crypto?
Not currently. Wise + Vipps cover the operational reality and keep tax-side paperwork clean on our end. Open to revisiting if it becomes the dominant ask.
What happens if a referral upgrades or downgrades?
You earn 30% of whatever they actually pay. If they switch from Daily Reading to Full Access mid-year, your commission tracks the new amount automatically. If they cancel and resubscribe within the twelve-month window, both periods count.
Can I run paid ads to your funnel?
Yes — except brand-bidding on "Nostradamus" or our own keywords. Otherwise: Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, your own retargeting — all fine, as long as disclosure rules are honoured.
How do I track performance?
Once approved, you get a dashboard at /affiliate/dashboard showing clicks, conversions, accrued commission by currency, and payout history. Updated in real time as events flow through Stripe.
