We'll confirm receipt within two business days and complete the deletion within thirty days, cancelling any active subscription first. The full list of what gets erased (account, birth data, natal chart, palm photographs, connections, newsletter logs) lives on the data deletion page.

Yes. From your Spirit Profile there's a “Redo onboarding” option that re-runs the natal chart from scratch. A $1 charge applies to discourage churn-redos and to cover the recompute. The new chart replaces the old one and the next daily reading is built from it.

No, your birth chart never changes. The chart is cast at the moment and place you were born, and stays put for life. Your daily reading is your birth chart in dialogue with today's planets — your current location is not an input to it, and we keep it that way on purpose, per classical Western astrology.

If you'd like us to know where you live now — for future relocation-chart features (the astrological technique that recomputes the chart's angles for a different place) — there's a “Where you live now” card on your Spirit Profile where you can register the new place. Free, no $1 redo charge, and it doesn't touch your birth data or your daily reading.

Visit /forgot-password, enter your email, and we'll send a six-digit code you can use to set a new password. If you originally signed in with Google or Meta, just use that button again on the sign-in page — there's no password to reset on those accounts.

On your Spirit Profile, use the “Download my data” button. It produces a JSON file with every personal-data row we hold about you, with links to your stored images. Free, no waiting period, available any time.

On your Spirit Profile there's a small “Cancel subscription” link near the bottom. It cancels at the end of your current paid period, so you keep access to everything you've paid for. No need to email us. If you change your mind before the period ends, you can resubscribe from the same page.

Daily Reading ($2.99/month, $29.90/year) unlocks the personalised daily reading drawn from your live transits, the I Ching oracle (5 interpretations/month, unlimited casting), synastry readings with friends, and the daily-wisdom + monthly-fortune emails.

Full Access ($4.99/month, $49.90/year) adds palm reading — two each month, one for yourself and one to gift — and the palm-synthesized daily readings that weave your palm profile into the daily transits. I Ching interpretation capacity also rises to 20 per month.

All Stripe prices are in US Dollars (USD). Your bank converts to your local currency at the rate Stripe receives at checkout time. The exact amount you'll be charged is shown on the Stripe checkout page before you confirm.

Yes, within reason. Contact us within 14 days of the charge and we'll issue a refund via Stripe. After 14 days, cancel from your Spirit Profile and you'll keep access until the end of the paid period.

Your account stays in place with all your readings. You drop back to the free tier — the locked-sample daily reading and the weekly sun-sign digest — but everything you generated while subscribed remains visible on your account. Resubscribing reopens the daily personal reading from that day forward.

The chart is computed to under one arcsecond using the orbital mathematics of Jean Meeus — accurate for any year between 1900 and 2100. It includes every planet from the Sun to Pluto, the lunar nodes, Chiron, all four angles (Ascendant, Descendant, Midheaven, Imum Coeli), and all twelve placidus house cusps. Retrograde motion is detected from the orbital geometry, not inferred from a static table.

It matters for houses and your Ascendant; it doesn't matter for the rest. The onboarding wizard has a “birth time unknown” toggle — leave it on and we'll compute the chart with planets at noon on your birthday and skip the house-dependent reads. The Sun, Moon, planetary aspects, transits, and the daily reading all still work. If you find your birth time later, you can redo onboarding from your Spirit Profile and the houses will fill in.

No. The photos are sent to our third-party visual-analysis providers strictly to produce your reading; none of the data is used to train their models. Your photos are stored only on your account, accessible only to you, encrypted at rest, and erased when you delete your account. You can delete a single reading (and the photos it used) from your Spirit Profile any time.

Casting is free. Ask the oracle as many questions as you want, and the hexagram comes back instantly with its changing lines. What spends a credit is the interpretation — the written read on what your cast actually means for the question you asked.

Interpretation allowances by tier:

• Free — 1 lifetime interpretation
• Daily Reading — 5 per month
• Full Access — 20 per month

You can also buy packs that roll over forever: 10 interpretations for $2.99, 40 for $6.99, 100 for $14.99. Packs are consumed after your monthly allowance, so a paid pack never burns before a free interpretation does.

By design. The reading for a given day is generated once and cached, so /today and the morning email always show the same words. A fresh reading appears at 00:00 UTC each morning, drawn from that day's transits against your natal chart.

On your Spirit Profile, the “Daily reading email” card lets you pick: daily (every morning), weekly (Mondays), monthly (the 1st), or off. The email always contains a teaser of the same daily reading you'd see on /today — click through to read the full version.

Click the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of any newsletter — it stops every marketing email from us in one click. Transactional emails (payment receipts, sign-in codes, password reset codes) still go through because the law requires them. You can also set the cadence to “off” on your Spirit Profile.

Check the spam folder first — new sending domains take a week or two to build deliverability reputation, and strict receivers (ProtonMail in particular) may spam-folder legitimate messages even with SPF/DKIM/DMARC fully aligned. Marking one of our emails as “not spam” teaches your client to deliver future ones. If you still don't see anything, let us know and we can resend.

Only you. Your readings, chart, and palm photographs are visible only to your signed-in account. Your Spirit Profile mini-card at /c/[handle] is publicly viewable if you've chosen a public handle, but only your Sun/Moon/Rising are shown there — nothing from your readings. You can also toggle yourself off the discoverable list from the Privacy card on your Spirit Profile.

When on, other seekers can find you by handle on /connections and you appear on the public connect-card. When off, your profile becomes invisible to other users — they can't look you up, your public card falls back to a generic Nostradamus card, and you don't show up in synastry-friend searches. Toggle it from the Privacy card on your Spirit Profile.

No. We never sell your data and we don't use it to train any AI model. The full list of processors we share data with (Supabase, Vercel, Stripe, Resend, and the visual-analysis + language-model providers that produce your readings) lives on the privacy policy.

Yes. From your second month onwards:

• Full Access — one verified tree every month
• Daily Reading — one verified tree every other month

Your first month is on us — no tree gets planted then. It's a small thank-you for staying past the trial-month feeling; the forest is meant as a reward for the seekers who stay around, not a perk handed out on signup. Trees are planted through Tree-Nation — your forest page shows the species, country, planting date, and a Tree-Nation reference id for every tree.
