You can permanently delete your Nostradamus account and all associated personal data at any time.
What gets deleted
When you request deletion, we erase:
- Your account record (email, name, profile photo, sign-in identifier).
- Your birth data (place, date, time, gender) and the natal chart computed from it.
- Every palm reading you've produced, including the photographs you uploaded and the reading text generated from them.
- Your connections and any invite codes you've created.
- Your newsletter preferences and the log of newsletters that were sent to you.
- Your active subscription (cancelled with Stripe before deletion).
How to request deletion
Email us at hello@nostradamus.no from the email address you signed up with. The subject line "Delete my account" is enough — no further explanation needed.
We'll confirm receipt within two business days and complete the deletion within thirty days.
What's retained
Stripe payment records (transaction IDs, amounts, refund history) are retained per Stripe's own retention schedule, which is required for tax and accounting law. These records contain no payment-instrument data — Nostradamus has never had access to your card details.
Server logs containing your IP address may persist for up to ninety days for fraud-prevention and debugging purposes, after which they're rotated out automatically.
If you signed in with Meta
If you arrived here from Facebook's Apps and Websites settings, revoking access there will stop new sessions immediately, but will not by itself delete your existing data on Nostradamus. Email us to complete the deletion.
If you signed in with Google
Same — revoking the app at myaccount.google.com/permissions ends new sign-ins, but doesn't delete your account on our side. Email us to complete deletion.
