By using nostradamus.no ("the service") you agree to these terms. The service is operated from Norway.
What the service does
The service produces palm reading and astrology readings using large language models. Readings are generated text and images, intended for entertainment and reflection. Nothing the service produces is medical, financial, psychological, or legal advice, and no claim is made about the predictive accuracy of the interpretations.
Eligibility
You must be 16 or older to create an account. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to do so.
Subscriptions and payments
The base subscription is $3.00 USD for the first month, billed immediately at checkout, and then $9.99 USD per month thereafter on the same calendar day each month, charged automatically through Stripe. The subscription continues until cancelled.
Reading another person's palm requires a separate one-time charge of $3.00 USD per reading.
Cancel by emailing hello@nostradamus.no. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid period; access remains until then. We do not normally refund partial periods, but we will consider edge cases on request.
Acceptable use
You may not upload images of anyone else without their consent, attempt to bypass the paywall, scrape the service, or use the service to harass others. Inviting connections is encouraged; using the invite mechanic to generate fake accounts is not.
Your content
You retain ownership of the photographs and birth data you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process them as needed to produce your readings — see the Privacy policy for which third parties are involved.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the readings are accurate, useful, or available without interruption. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the service is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months prior to the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that put the service at risk. You may delete your account at any time — see the deletion section of the Privacy policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes will be resolved in the ordinary Norwegian courts unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country says otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email to subscribers and reflected here with a new "Last updated" date.
