Drawing your chart.
Astrology
Your birth chart is the sky from the day you were born. We work out where every planet was, and read it for you in plain English. Sun, Moon, Rising — all of it.
Free account. No card needed.
You can be clear without having every answer.
You may be polishing a message when what you need is a conversation. Say what you know, name what you are unsure of, and leave room for the other person to meet you halfway.
One thing to try
Start with “What I have been meaning to say is…”
An illustrative excerpt. Yours draws on your birth chart and the day’s sky.
Why it matters
A personal interpretation of your Sun, Moon and planetary contacts, with calculated positions you can explore for yourself.
What's inside
Free
Enter your birth date and city, plus your birth time if you know it. See your personal chart before creating an account. Rising and houses are included when the time is known; the Moon is marked as approximate when it isn't.
Free
Your Sun, Moon, and Rising — your core, your inner life, your first impression — written for grown-ups, not horoscope columns. Drawn from your real chart, not just your sun sign.
With a subscription
The big slow movements of the sky that change months of your life at once — which of your planets they're touching, and what that means in practice. Plain English. Updated when the big things land.
Method
We calculate planetary angles from your birth details and the selected date. The personal reading is a symbolic interpretation for reflection, not a prediction established by astronomy.
For the curious
We calculate positions using the circular-natal-horoscope-js library and its ephemeris. Your birth date, place and time determine the chart. If the time is unknown, we omit houses and Rising and mark the Moon as approximate.
The 3D scene and angle chart use the same dated calculations. Their sizes and spacing are adjusted for readability. We do not claim spacecraft-navigation precision or scientific validation of the personal interpretation.
The Placidus house system — the classical choice for natal work. The chart includes all twelve house cusps, the four angles (Ascendant, Descendant, Midheaven, Imum Coeli), and retrograde motion detected directly from orbital geometry, not inferred from a static table.
Aspect orbs follow the classical conventions: 10° for the Sun and Moon, 6° for the personal planets (Mercury, Venus, Mars), 4° for the outer planets (Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, Pluto).
The moving planets and fixed markers from your birth chart, with calculated contacts you can follow from the reading. Choose a date to move the sky and reading together. Open the sky details for the full position table.
